Due to the digital nature of the automated trading software and subscription service, all sales are final once the EA is activated, connected to a brokerage account, or has executed any trades.

A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase only if the EA has not been activated, downloaded, installed, or connected to any brokerage account.

No refunds will be issued based on trading performance, losses incurred, drawdowns, market conditions, or user-selected risk settings.

Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but do not result in a refund of the current billing period.
